If something is not working as expected, start here.
I cannot join a room
- Double-check the room code.
- If it is an interview room, complete required prompts (password/link/approval).
- Try rejoining from Dashboard.
I can join but cannot edit
- Your room role may be view-only in this session.
- Ask the room owner to verify room permissions.
My run output is not what I expected
- Confirm language/runtime choice from Supported Languages.
- Re-run with simpler input first.
- Compare output with teammates in chat.
Page feels stale or out of sync
- Refresh the browser tab.
- Re-enter the room from Dashboard.
- Confirm teammates are in the same room code and session.
